Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE OVERNIGHT OATS
Per serving: 44g Carbs / 22g Protein / 8.5g Fat
50g (~½ C.) Old fashioned oats
1.5 C. Unsweetened soymilk
10g. Chia seeds
¼ C. Frozen dried strawberries (crushed)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
2 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 C. Fresh strawberries (sliced)
Pulverize freeze-dried strawberries to a powder (small bits are ok) using a rolling pin, bag, and cutting board or a large spoon with a sturdy bowl.
Place all ingredients -except fresh strawberries- into a large bowl; mix well.
Split mixed ingredients into two glass containers and cover.
Place in fridge; keep overnight.
Enjoy each half cold with ½ C fresh sliced strawberries.
