Ingredients
⅔ cup soy milk
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup oats
¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
2 scoops Zhou Chocolate protein powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Combine soymilk, peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, protein powder, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl and mix.
Scoop and shape into balls using a spoon. Place into a freezer bag and store in the freezer.
