Fruit Smoothie with Greens

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup kale

  • ½ cup ice


  1. Pour one cup of water into a powerful blender such as a Blendtec or Vitamix. Select a handful or two of your favorite frozen fruits, such as blueberries, cherries, mangoes, raspberries, or strawberries and put them in the blender. Select a handful of your favorite leafy greens such as spinach, kale, or romaine and put in the blender.

  2. Add a handful of ice, blend it up, and serve chilled
