Green Goddess Power Smoothie


1 frozen banana, sliced

1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

1/4 avocado

1 tablespoon almond butter

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

A pinch of black pepper

1 handful of fresh spinach

A few ice cubes (optional for a thicker texture)


  1. Place the frozen banana, mixed berries, avocado, almond butter, chia seeds, spinach, and ice cubes in a blender.

  2. Add the vegan protein powder, cinnamon, turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper.

  3. Pour in the almond milk.

  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

  5. Taste and adjust the sweetness or spices, if necessary.
