Mango Avocado Salsa


1 ripe mango, diced

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently mix.

  2. Serve with vegan tortilla chips or over grilled tofu.

Makes 4 servings.
