1 cup Upton’s Naturals brand BBQ jackfruit
½ cup cooked black rice
1 onion, diced
1 cup red, green, yellow, orange peppers, chopped
In a large dry skillet over medium-high heat, saute the onion and peppers until the onions are brown, about 6 to 7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the jackfruit, cooking it for 1 to 2 minutes to warm through. Serve over cooked rice.
