Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
½ cup water
½ cup rolled oats
1 banana, broken into chunks
14 frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a blender, combine soy milk, water, oats, banana, protein powder, vanilla and strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
Nutrition per serving: 239 calories, 35.9g carbohydrates, 4.1g fat. 15.9g protein
