Strawberry Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup soy milk

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 banana, broken into chunks

  • 14 frozen strawberries

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a blender, combine soy milk, water, oats, banana, protein powder, vanilla and strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Makes 2 servings.

Nutrition per serving: 239 calories, 35.9g carbohydrates, 4.1g fat. 15.9g protein
