Simple Smoothie Bowl


2 ripe bananas, frozen

1 cup frozen berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup spinach

1 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds for toppings


  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen berries, spinach, and almond milk.

  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the smoothie into bowls.

  4. Top each bowl with chia seeds, hemp hearts, and your choice of fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and protein-packed smoothie bowl!
